Ear Pressure More Condition_symptoms What Is The Best Way To Relieve Inner Ear Pressure?

What is the best way to relieve inner ear pressure? - ear pressure more condition_symptoms

I had the pressure of the inner ear, the document can be seen, and everything is being done to help them. I was at times experiencing dizziness. What is the best way to mitigate this? Thanks in advance!

Frickadee gave a good response, but not tell two things: "decongestants and anti-inflammatory" .. The amount of time to open your Eustachian tube and let air into the middle of the countervailing pressure behind the eardrum, is not the inner ear (inner ear, the cochlea and the semicircular canals, and their problem lies in the space between the eardrum and the cochlea)

My God, what is proposed by Mickey Mouse. This is called the Valsalva maneuver, and only worsen their situation by increasing the pressure in the nasal cavity known.

On your own you, you try to open the tube to push open the jaw, your chin toward your chest helps. If you have an infection, cold or disability of the liquid may not be able to do so.

I suggest you see an ear, nose, nose and throat.

Hold your nose and try to breathe through the nose, with all their might
