Will pectic enzyme have the same affect on apples (extracting the juice) as the enzyme pectinase? - pectic enzyme

I need pectinase, or something, thus the amount of juice extracted from apple pieces. This is fair for science. I wondered whether I could use instead of acid, pectin, pectinase, because I know from whom you can reach them, and at the same results.
